Barbera is a dynamic grape from piedmont Italy. The nose is that of fresh violets and roses. the taste is crisp; with acidity and oak at just the right balance. The finish is that of chocolate covered raspberries, with cherry and blueberry overtones. This wine is best served at 60 to 64 degrees.
